Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Visit Threads4SThought.com/returns
  2. Complete the return request form
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Affix the prepaid return label (U.S. customers)
  5. Drop at any UPS location

Refund Processing

  • Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
For size exchanges:

  1. Initiate a return for your original purchase
  2. Place a new order for your preferred size
  3. We’ll process refund once return is received

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Use trackable mail service
  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable

Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance merchandise
  • Undergarments
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards

Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/defect
  • We’ll send replacement or refund

Return Exceptions

  • Late returns (beyond 30 days) may receive store credit
  • Items showing wear may be denied or partially refunded
